My It Takes a Village fabric with Riley Blake Designs hits stores in October!
"It takes a village to raise a child" is an African proverb that conveys the idea that an entire community of people must work together to provide for and positively influence children, so they can grow in a safe and healthy environment. As adults, we know that supportive communities teach children about our interconnected world.
This fabric collection was designed to uplift some of the amazing people that make up the wonderful communities we share, including medical professionals, firefighters, and police officers. It truly does take a village!
You can never go wrong with primary colors in a quilt. Bold reds, happy yellows, and sparkling blues play center stage in this fabric collection. Children will love exploring quilts and projects made from this fabric! They'll discover houses, cars, city streets, words, and so much more!
To celebrate this fabric collection, I'm hosting a blog tour with some amazing designers! I challenged them to use my fabric in their own projects and can't wait to see what they made! Follow along with the schedule below! We'll be updating the info with pictures and links to all their projects!
